The data controller is Gea s.r.l. (VAT 03568930980), operator of karmica.com. For any privacy request you can write to privacy@karmica.com.

2. What data we collect

To let you talk with our psychic advisors we collect only what is strictly necessary:

Technical cookies to identify you as a visitor (even without an account) and keep your session alive.
The content of the messages you exchange with the advisors, stored so you can resume a reading.
Payment data (only if you add credit): handled directly by the payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers.
Minimal technical data (IP address, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use the data

The data is used solely to:

Run the chat and calls and remember your conversation.
Connect you with the psychic advisor and deliver the reading.
Process payments and purchases.
Improve the service in aggregated, anonymous form.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. How long we keep it

Your chat messages stay in your history until you delete them or the session ends. Payment data is kept as required by applicable tax law. Technical security data is deleted within 12 months.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

At any time you can:

Request a copy of your data.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request erasure (right to be forgotten).
Object to processing on legitimate grounds.
Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

We use only technical cookies essential to the operation of the site. We do not use profiling or advertising-tracking cookies, which is why we do not show intrusive cookie banners.
